The swimming pool (40m2) is an attractive shape with Mosaic roman steps and large surrounding sun terraces, pool side shower and sun beds for shared use. The garden has various seating areas shaded by vines that are perfect for reading and relaxing in peace and tranquility. Surrounding the pool to one corner there is a depot area that is currently used as an attractive relaxed seating area but could be used as a poolside bar, there is also an Artesian water pump and to the front of the garden there is a shared depot area currently used as a large laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher to stay.
INTERNAL
There is a large shared lounge room with a good selection of books and conservatory seating. This room looks directly out to the pool and mountain.
All rooms are double glazed with fitted mosquito screens and have airconditioning. The hot water is supplied by immersion heater. Beige tiled flooring throughout.
Kitchen / Lounge (19ft x 10ft):
